Romantic picnic in the Rennsteig Garden
This is a very special experience for your wedding day. The Rennsteig Garden Oberhof is not far from the hotel. From the end of April to the end of October, you can add this experience to your short holiday for your wedding day. If the weather is nice, you can take a leisurely walk along the Oberhof sports facilities to the world-famous Rennsteig. You then continue along the trail in the direction of the Rondell. There, the Rennsteiggarten Oberhof awaits you, a botanical nature and landscape garden with the magic of more than 4,000 high mountain plants from all over the world. But the plants are only your decorative accessories today.
Your surprise is a picnic in nature for your wedding day. In the Rennsteig Garden you will find small shelters with breathtaking views over the Thuringian Forest in various sections, somewhat off the main path. Your picnic basket is already ready for you. Enjoy the Thuringian delicacies and unwind. Can also be booked in rainy weather, as the huts are protected from wind and weather. In bad weather it is perhaps even more romantic - by then the other garden visitors may already have disappeared. Your time together as a couple will remind you of the first days of your love.
