If you are unable to make use of your reservation, please send your cancellation in writing, or by e-mail. Please note that we have to charge cancellation fees for late cancellations. You will find the free cancellation period in the respective offer.
Conditions for cancellations after the free cancellation period:
Bookings with or without breakfast: 90% of the agreed price
Bookings with breakfast and dinner: 70% of the agreed price
Bookings with half board and other included services (e.g.: included entrance to H2Oberhof or other included external services (e.g. Rennsteiggarten): 70% of the agreed price.
You expressly reserve the right to prove to us that our saved expenses are considerably higher than the deductions taken into account above, or that the accommodation services have been used for other purposes. In the event of such proof, you are only obliged to pay the correspondingly lower amount.
We recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance.
